Return and Exchanges
At Cecil Orlando, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. Our Return and Exchanges Policy outlines your options if you are not fully satisfied with your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product is not a final sale or made-to-order/custom item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for custom-sized curtains, unless there is a defect or error on our part.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at servicehub@cecilorlando.xyz with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and address. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as this may result in delays or your return being declined.
3. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Cecil Orlando is not liable for items lost in transit.
- If a return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product or damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A full or partial refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If the product shows signs of use or damage, we may deduct a restocking fee or decline the refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please email us with your request. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement, subject to availability. If the desired product is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Note: At this time, we do not offer automated exchanges. Each exchange must be processed manually by our support team.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- A description of the issue
- Your order details
We will promptly offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on your preference and item availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-sized or made-to-order curtains
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Any used or altered products
